Yes, complete cleanup is included with all our tree services. We haul away all branches, logs, and debris, leaving your property clean and tidy. If you'd like to keep the wood for firewood, just let us know and we can cut it to length and stack it for you.

For most trees, late winter to early spring (while dormant) is the ideal time for trimming. However, dead or hazardous branches should be removed anytime. Some species have specific timing requirements. We can advise you on the best timing for your particular trees during our estimate visit.

Snow Removal Questions

We offer both per-event and seasonal contract snow removal services. For residential customers, we typically clear driveways and sidewalks after snowfall reaches 2" or more. Commercial customers can customize trigger depths and timing. We monitor weather forecasts and dispatch crews as needed - you don't need to call us each time.

Yes, we offer salt and ice melt application as an add-on to our snow removal services. This is especially important for commercial properties and high-traffic residential areas. We can include it automatically with each service or apply it upon request.

Our crews begin working early - typically around 4-5 AM for commercial properties that need to be clear before business hours. Residential services usually begin at dawn. For major storms, we work continuously until all customers are serviced, often making multiple passes.

Billing & Payment Questions

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For recurring services, we can set up automatic billing for your convenience. Invoices are sent after service completion and payment is due within 30 days.

For most lawn care and tree services, no deposit is required. For larger hardscaping projects, we typically request a deposit to cover material costs, with the balance due upon completion. Any deposit requirements will be clearly outlined in your estimate.
